About The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating impactful content that propels our clients
to the top of the search engines, working with a roster of freelance creatives
and internal content marketers. You’re creative and organised, with excellent
communication skills and a natural flair for storytelling.

We’re going through some really exciting growth with an expanding offering.
You’ll need to show initiative and tackle brand-new challenges as they come
up.

This exciting new role is perfect for ambitious Content Marketing Executives
looking for more responsibility – and great for those who enjoy variety and
working in a fast-paced environment across multiple channels and clients
with a tight-knit team. The Senior Content Marketing Executive will report to
the Content Marketing Manager and work closely with the PR & Outreach and
Account Management team.

This role can be fully remote (based in the UK) or hybrid with regular access to
our London office.

Responsibilities

Position Digital is a digital marketing agency with heart and grit. We’re for
brands with huge ambition.

■ Deliver best-in-class digital content for our clients, ensuring SEO best
practices.
■ Manage a roster of freelance copywriters and designers to deliver content.
■ Communicate effectively with other teams to deliver outstanding content on
time.
■ Understand and follow the content production process.
■ Come up with creative content ideas across SEO, social, email and digital PR
channels.
■ Write, proof and edit digital content, including blogs, webpages, emails and
social posts.
■ Manage our internal content production planner.
■ Aid the content marketing manager with content strategy work and long-
term planning.
■ Quality check briefs and written content.
■ Plan and manage client content calendars.
■ Suggest changes to existing processes to streamline the way we work.
■ Attend client meetings as necessary.
■ Mentor and train junior team members as necessary.

About You

■ 1-2 years+ in content marketing or marketing background.
■ Strong writing skills – ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences.
■ Creative mindset – can generate innovative ideas and find solutions to
problems.
■ Strong content optimisation skills – can optimise metadata, ALT tags,
headings etc.
■ Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to
prioritise.
■ Excellent attention to detail.
■ Excellent communication skills.
■ Willingness to take initiative and think outside the box.
■ Brilliant time management – can work to given deadlines.
■ Open to feedback and confident in giving feedback to improve the quality of
our work.
■ Native English speaker.
