Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Position Digital website at position.digital and related services provided by Position Digital Ltd (FOUNDRY, 5 Forest Road, Walthamstow, London E17 6ZJ; hello@position.digital). A later section covers our internal QuickBooks Online connector.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about Position Digital, read our published material, and contact us. You must use it lawfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems, interfere with how the site works, or use it to send malware, spam, or misleading material.
3. Intellectual property
The website, its content, and the Position Digital name and branding are owned by Position Digital Ltd or our licensors. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content, marks, or materials except where the law allows or we have agreed in writing.
4. No warranty
The website and the general information on it are provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Client work is governed by the agreement we make with that client, not by these website terms alone.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Position Digital Ltd is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this website, including downtime, errors in general published information, or reliance on that information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
6. Privacy
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy at https://www.position.digital/privacy-policy/.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL. The version on this page is the one that applies. Questions: hello@position.digital.
QuickBooks Online connector (internal)
These additional terms govern use of the Position Digital internal QuickBooks Online connector (“the App”), operated by Position Digital Ltd. They sit alongside the terms above.
Purpose
The App connects authorised Position Digital systems to QuickBooks Online so we can read company accounting data (for example invoices and receivables) for internal operations. It is not offered as a public App Store product.
Access
Only people and systems Position Digital authorises may use the App. You must keep credentials secure and disconnect access when it is no longer needed.
Data
The App processes QuickBooks company data under our instructions and in line with our Privacy Policy at https://www.position.digital/privacy-policy/. We do not sell that data.
Human review
Any send or change the App would make in QuickBooks Online is reviewed by a person at Position Digital before it is carried out. The App does not send or change QuickBooks data without that review.
No warranty
The App is provided as-is for our internal business use. We are not liable for losses from downtime, incorrect configuration, or third-party (including Intuit) service changes.
Effective date: 1 October 2026.
