Before launching Proven Partners, the founders were seasoned developers themselves with over 45 years of experience. They understood the pain points of their audience better than anyone.
We knew that was their edge. So, we built their entire positioning around it.
💡 Devised a strong content strategy
Once the brand narrative was solidified, we focused on building topical authority through strategic content creation and optimization:
- We built wireframes to create a new website structure optimized for both UX and SEO.
- We produced hundreds of TOFU content pieces tailored specifically to real estate developers, covering topics like SEO, PPC, and emerging trends in property marketing.
- We mapped transactional keywords to key service and landing pages to increase conversions.
💡 Launched link building and digital PR campaings
We didn’t stop at content. We ensured that Proven Partners had a strong offsite presence, as well.
Our digital PR strategy focused on quality, not volume. We targeted relevant, high-authority sites to build a strong backlink profile that not only improved rankings but also positioned Proven Partners as a recognized voice in their industry.
We ran several types of link building campaigns:

- Link insertion: We identified relevant articles already ranking on Google, and reached out to the site owners to include Proven Partners as a valuable resource.
- Guest posting: We secured placements on reputable real estate publications by contributing authoritative content.
- Listicle inclusion: We landed Proven Partners in curated industry lists, such as “Best Real Estate Marketing Agencies” or “Top Property Marketing Experts.”
Between August 2023 and November 2024, we managed to secure 20 links from leading publications like MSN (DR 91), NewsBreak (DR 82), and The South African (DR 75).
The average domain rating (DR) was 51, with the highest being 91.

In just 15 months (August 2023 – November 2024), Proven Partners saw a massive growth:
